Also if you are purchasing insects and frogs, they will need to be purchased separately as shipping insects with a frog shipment would increase the space needed in the box for an overnight shipment which would greatly increase the price compared to just shipping the frogs alone, this is why insects are shipped 2 day mail instead of overnight.
Disclaimer - though I strive to make the highest quality fruit fly cultures and use mite prevention, some cultures still get mites in small quantities and most fly cultures will get mites toward the end of their cycle, this is a natural occurrence that is hard to avoid.
